Steve Brooke began his career at Baker Electric Home Energy in 2011 as a Residential Solar Energy Consultant. After being a top individual performer he was promoted to Sales Manager in 2014, where he excelled – working successfully with the sales team, operations, construction, and marketing – including winning a coveted Leroy award in 2018. Leroy Awards have become the standard by which Baker annually honors Baker’s best. Mr. Brooke continues to exemplify our company’s values every day and ensures that his team understands they are not merely selling Solar and Home Batteries, they are selling the reputation, history, and legacy of the Baker name. Mr. Brooke has served as a role model and mentor to guide his team and has demonstrated professionalism as well as the ability to inspire and lead his team.

 

Mr. Brooke has planned and directed functions essential to Baker’s sales team performance and productivity while coaching and developing the sales team to build a scalable, “best of class” sales organization with a focus on meeting customer experience objectives. Most recently in January 2021, Mr. Brooke embraced the Sales Director role, where he has focused on strategic improvements and processes across Baker Electric Home Energy within the PV Sales department, working very closely with PV Operations, Construction and Marketing – and the Heating & Air Conditioning General Manager to forge synergies across all sales functions within the organization.
